In these Terms and Conditions, the following definitions apply unless the context requires otherwise:

4.1 One Account Per Person

Each individual is permitted to hold exactly one active account on the 09bde platform. Opening multiple accounts, whether using the same identity or different identities, is strictly prohibited. 09bde uses technical and manual methods to detect duplicate accounts. Where duplicate accounts are identified, all accounts may be closed and any outstanding balances forfeited.

4.2 Accurate Information

You must provide accurate, current, and complete information at registration and must update your account details promptly if any information changes. Providing false or misleading information — including a false date of birth — constitutes a material breach of these terms and may result in immediate account closure without refund.

4.3 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the security and confidentiality of your username and password. 09bde will not be liable for any loss arising from unauthorised access to your account where you have failed to safeguard your credentials. 4.4 KYC Verification

09bde operates a Know Your Customer (KYC) verification process. You may be required to submit a copy of a valid national identity document, proof of address, and proof of payment method before deposits, withdrawals, or bonus activations are processed. KYC documents must be submitted in clear, unaltered form. Submission of fraudulent documentation will result in permanent account closure and may be reported to relevant authorities.

5.1 Accepted Payment Methods

5.4 No Third-Party Payments

09bde strictly prohibits the use of third-party payment accounts. All deposits must originate from a payment method registered in your own name. Any withdrawal will be returned to the same payment source used for the original deposit where technically possible. Suspected money laundering will be reported to appropriate authorities.

09bde offers promotional bonuses to eligible registered users from time to time. All bonuses and promotions are subject to the following general terms, in addition to any specific terms stated in the individual promotion:

• Bonuses are available to users aged 21 and above who have completed the applicable verification requirements.

7.1 Bet Placement

Bets are accepted only when the platform confirms the bet with a unique bet reference number. A bet confirmation message does not guarantee payout — all bets remain subject to the outcome of the relevant event and applicable rules for that sport or market.

7.2 Odds and Market Changes

Odds displayed on 09bde are subject to change at any time prior to the bet being confirmed. The odds applicable to your bet are those confirmed at the time of bet acceptance, as shown in your betting history. 09bde reserves the right to suspend or close any market at any time without prior notice.

7.3 Void Bets

Bets may be declared void in circumstances including but not limited to: event cancellation or postponement beyond 72 hours, clear pricing errors, force majeure events, or where 09bde reasonably suspects fraud or match manipulation. In the event of a void bet, the original stake is returned to the user's account.

7.4 Live In-Play Betting

In-play betting markets are subject to rapid changes. 09bde reserves the right to suspend in-play markets at any time. Bets placed after the outcome of an event or market has already been determined (late bets) will be voided regardless of the displayed odds at the time of placement.

7.5 Maximum Payout
